  6. Seguir mezclando, cuando hemos añadido nuestros productos líquidos, podemos bajar la masa a la mesa y trabajarla si es muy pegajosa añadir poco a poco harina.
  7. Cuando tengamos una masa con forma, añadimos nuestra mantequilla (temperatura ambiente) poco a poco y seguimos mezclando.
  8. Cuando tengamos una masa suave, la llevaremos a fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño.
  9. Una vez doblada la ponchamos, la colocamos en la mesa y la extendemos.
  10. Con ayuda de un rodillo por unos.3 milímetros
  11. Pasamos a cuadrar nuestra masa
  12. La barnizamos con mantequilla, le agregamos azúcar con canela, le colocamos pasas, (se pueden omitir o agregarles algún otro ingrediente)
  13. Procedemos a enrollarla iniciando por el lado más largo y no por el más angosto, si iniciamos por el lado angosto nuestros roles serán muy gruesos y no tendrán una buena cocción.
  14. Una vez enrollados, cortamos en pedazos de 2 a 3 cm
  15. Engrasamos un refractario, los colocaremos y los llevaremos a una segunda fermentación hasta que hayan doblado su tamaño.
  16. Una vez doblado su tamaño los barnizamos con un poco de huevo y agregamos un poco de azúcar.
  17. Los horneamos a 180º por 30 minutos
  18. Para el glaseado, mezclar los 80 gr de azúcar glas con la leche hasta tener un líquido espeso.
