  6. Unos minutos antes de doble su tamaño, hacemos la costra agregando a la mantequilla derretida el azúcar glas y la harina. Yo agregué un poco de esencia de vainilla pero igual sabe muy bien sin ella.
  7. Cuando haya doblado su tamaño, ponchamos la masa y la partimos en 8 partes iguales. En mi caso, las pesé y cada parte pesó 77 g. Hacemos bolitas con ella y las ponemos en la charola con papel antiadherente.
  8. Una vez en la charola, dividimos la pasta de la costra en 8 partes iguales. Las tomamos y, si están frías, las calentamos con nuestras manos para evitar que se rompan. Las extendemos del mismo tamaño que las bolitas. Las ponemos encima y las aplastamos con la ayuda del cortador especial para conchas. Si no tienes, aplástalas con la mano y dale forma a la costra con un cuchillo.
  9. Dejamos leudar por 45 minutos y horneamos a 180°C en el horno precalentado por aproximadamente 25 minutos. Cuídalas porque se queman fácilmente por la parte de abajo. Y listo.
