- Boleamos, ponemos en la charola y le echamos manteca vegetal encima.
- Hacemos la pasta primero incorporamos la mantequilla con el azúcar glas y después le agregamos la harina.
- Por último le incorporamos la cocoa a la demás mezcla hasta que quede totalmente integrada. La ponemos en un lugar fresco.
- Empezar a empastar las conchas, aplastarlas más de los lados que de en medio y poner la marca de las figuras encima.
- Se deja reposar para posteriormente meter a hornear a 200°C aproximadamente de 25 a 30 minutos.
Se sacan las conchas y se dejan enfriar para que no se aplasten.
