- Trabajaremos la masa unos 5 minutos, después la haremos bolita y dejaremos fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño
- Ya que dobló su tamaño, ponchar la masa y estirar con un grosor de 2 cm aprox, y en forma de rectángulo, y decorar con aceitunas verdes filtradas, después dejar fermentar para que doble su tamaño y en consiguiente meter al horno a 185° por 15 min aprox.
