- Agregaremos el aceite de olivo y lo último que nos queda de poolish hasta obtener una masa un poco húmeda.
- La dejamos fermentar hasta que esta haya doblado su tamaño.
- Extender la masa y darle forma de ciabatta (en forma de rectángulos)
- Decorar con las aceitunas, cebolla o calabaza, y barnizar con aceite y salpimentar.
- Dejamos que fermenten hasta doblar su tamaño, precalentamos el horno a 170°C.
Y las metemos a hornear por 15 o 20 minutos a 180 grados. - Dejamos que se enfríen y ahora si podemos disfrutar nuestras ciabattas.
