- Ya que este estirada y de un grosor bueno, tomaremos los extremos de los lados y lo meteremos hacia dentro, daremos vuelta y meteremos las puntas hacia dentro quedando la forma de un baguette.
(Con un cuchillo filoso le cortaremos encima) - Dejaremos que doblen nuevamente el tamaño
