    Dejamos fermentar.
  5. Ya que haya doblado su tamaño, ponchamos y estiramos en forma de rectángulo, barnizamos con la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente.
    Agregamos los ingredientes para el relleno (nueces, pasas, azúcar mascabada.) esparciendolos perfectamente bien por toda la masa.
    Las pasas deben estar previamente maceradas (remojadas en el ron para que absorban el sabor).
    Hacemos un rollo a lo largo y realizamos cortes de aproximadamente dos dedos.
  6. Colocamos en un refractario previamente engrasado y dejamos fermentar por otro poco de tiempo.
    Ya que hayan crecido otro poco les colocamos un cubo de mantequilla arriba y metemos a hornear a 150° por 25 minutos aproximadamente.
  7. Al azúcar glass le agregamos el licor de poquito en poquito y vamos incorporando para tener una mezcla espesa.
    Ya que estén nuestros roles barnizamos con el glaseado y listo a disfrutar 😋
