En un recipiente grande agregamos la harina junto con la sal y aceite comenzaremos a mezclar, e iremos agregando de poco en poco agua tibia y posteriormente nuestra levadura activada, una vez que se hayan incorporado bajamos nuestra masa a la mesa de trabajo y la empezaremos a amasar y cuando este suave la dejamos reposar
  3. Mientras nuestra masa reposa haremos nuestra salsa.
    Hacemos 4 tomates en concase y licuamos otros 5 con media cebolla y 1 diente de ajo, ambos los agregamos en la misma cacerola y dejamos que reduzca, posteriormente agregamos orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto, mezclamos y dejamos caer las ramitas de albahaca al gusto.
  4. Cuando nuestra masa haya doblado su tamaño la estiramos y le damos forma de la charola en la que la vayamos a colocar, el grosor es opcional.
  5. Agregamos nuestra salsa, nuestro queso mozzarella, y los ingredientes que desees agregar
  6. La horneamos a 180° 200° por aprox 40 a 50 min y listo
