  3. Para el bizcocho ponemos las yemas con el azúcar glass hasta llegar a punto de listón mientras que con las claras hacemos un merengue francés
  4. Al merengue le vamos a poner el azúcar el forma de lluvia junto con los 65 gr de harina
  5. Después incorporamos con las yemas de forma envolvente intercalando con la harina restante
  6. Pasamos a un charola y llevamos a hornear a 180 gr por un aproximado de 15 minutos
  7. Una vez esté listo lo ponemos sobre un trapo húmedo y le ponemos el relleno de limón
  8. Solo queda enrollar y decorar y listo
