  3. Lavar los camarones, retirar la cabeza con la cáscara y cortar en cubos pequeños. Reservar.

  5. Cortar la carne de res en cubos pequeños y reservar.
  6. Cortar la zanahoria, ajo, jengibre y cebollín en brunoise.
  7. Agregar los chícharos en agua hirviendo, blanquear por dos minutos y retirar a un bowl con agua fría.
  8. En un wok o cacerola con aceite agregar los cubos de pollo hasta que estén cocido y retirar, repetir el mismo paso con la carne de res y por último con el camarón.
  9. En la misma carreola agregar la zanahoria, jengibre, ajo y cebollín. Cocinar por 2 minutos y agregar los chícharos.
  10. Batir el huevo y agregar a un costado de las verduras, remover hasta que esté cocido y mezclar con las verduras.
  11. Agregar las carnes a las verduras y mezclar.
  12. Agregar el arroz a la mezcla de verduras con carnes y remover. Agregar por último la salsa de soya y cocinar por cinco minutos más.
  13. Servir caliente en un tazón y decorar con cebollín.
