  1. Primero dividir las claras y yemas.
    Montar claras a punto de nieve con la mitad de el azúcar y batir las yemas con la otra mitad del azúcar a punto de listón.
  2. Con ayuda de una miserable agregaremos un poco de la mezcla anterior de claras e incorporaremos de forma envolvente para que así no pierda volumen ni aire
  3. Ya que hayamos incorporado las dos mezclas anteriores agregaremos la harina cernida en tres parte eh incorporaremos de forma envolvente
  4. Ya que tengamos una consistencia homogénea meteremos a nuestro horno previamente precalentado a 180 grados por 30 min
  5. Para hacer el betún
    En un bowl grande pondremos el litro de battercreme y empezaremos a batir hasta tener una consistencia espesa y que se formen picos firmes. Dejar en refrigeración hasta usar
  6. Para hacer el jarabe de Tres leches
    En una olla agregaremos la leche, seguiremos con la leche condensada y después leche evaporada y ya que incorporamos todo agregamos la canela, dejamos al fuego hasta que esté en punto de ebullición
  7. Para el relleno partimos las guayabas por mitad y llevamos a cocer en una olla con agua, azúcar y canela, hasta que estas estén muy suaves. Después pasamos por el colador para quitar semilla y cáscara. Reservamos.
  8. Para humedecer nuestro bizcocho necesitaremos un molde y pondremos un plástico que cubra todo. Empezamos poniendo nuestra primera base de bizcocho previamente cortado, humectamos con el jarabe, agregamos el relleno y un poco de crema batida a los lados, encima nuestro bizcocho número 2 y repetimos los pasos. Llevamos a refrigerar.
  9. Se deja en refrigeración un rato nuestro pastel y después empezaremos a poner la crema batida con unas gotas de colorante amarillo, para empezar a decorar nuestro pastel.
  10. Con un aspersor, colocaremos una cucharadita de matizador dorado y 5ml de ron blanco y cubrimos todo el pastel realizamos lo mismo con el Glitter.
