- Llevamos a batir nuestra crema de chocolate, y si fuera el caso que nos sobró un poco de ganache se lo incorporamos. Agregamos unas gotas de nuestro colorante negro.
- Decoramos nuestro pastel dándole primero una pequeña capa de crema para batir. Y la llevaremos al refrigerador por 20 min aproximadamente.
- Una vez listo, comenzaremos a decorar nuestro pastel con la crema para batir. Haciendo que se obtenga una buena aplicación por todo el contorno. Agregaremos nuestras decoraciones sobre él, y estaría prácticamente listo.
