- Dejamos enfriar y cortamos el bizcocho en dos o tres capas
- Preparamos las 3 leches, en una cacerola vertemos los líquidos y mezclamos muy bien, echamos la raja de canela y llevamos a fuego a hervir o podemos mezclar en un bowl todas las leches, canela en polvo y mezclar muy bien
- Mojamos los bizcochos con las 3 leches sobre un molde forrado con fill, agregamos fruta y nuez entre cada capa y los refrigeramos durante 20 minutos para poder montarlos
- En un bowl aparte agregamos crema para batir y montamos
- Comenzamos a colocar la crema al pastel, hacemos un crum coat (capa fina de crema montada) y refrigeramos 10 minutos más para poder dar una segunda capa de crema
- Decoramos con más fruta o como tu prefieras
