- Agregar un poco de leche al bowl hasta conseguir la misma temperatura, una vez teniendo la misma temperatura mezclamos con la demás leche y seguimos mezclando en forma de 8 hasta que no se pegue.
- Una vez obteniendo una mezcla en forma de natilla nuestra crema pastelera está lista dejamos enfriar en un bowl.
- Rellenado:
Con ayuda de una manga pastelera rellenamos los profiteroles por la parte de abajo. - Armado:
Una vez teniendo nuestro caramelo en el fuego bajo comenzamos armando nuestro pino colocando caramelo entre los profiteroles, teniendo cuidado con el caramelo porque está caliente.
Decoramos con hilos de caramelo y azúcar glass.
