- Una vez temperada la mezcla agregar a la leche y mover constantemente hasta que espese y dejar enfriar
- Pasar la crema a una manga con una dulla, rellenar los profiteroles por la parte de abajo.
- Para el caramelo, colocar el azúcar en una sartén y dejar que se derrita
- Con el caramelo pegar cada uno de los profiteroles y formar un pino.
Con el caramelo restante formar unos hilos por encima del pino.
