  4. En una olla ponemos aceite para freír y prendemos la estufa
  5. Ya que el aceite esté bien caliente agregamos de tres en tres
    las berlinesas y cocinamos 2 minutos por lado hasta que se esponje y se doren de ambos lados
  6. Dejamos enfriar, hacemos un agujero y rellenamos con mermelada
  7. Decoramos con azúcar glass y estran listas para disfrutarse con una rica taza de leche o chocolate caliente.
