Instructions to make to make Tiramisú
- Comenzamos hacer la mise en place.   
- Para las soletas:
 Separar las claras y yemas. 
- Hacer un merengue suizo con las claras y la mitad de azúcar. Por otro lado blanqueamos las yemas con el azúcar.   
- Cuando las yemas estén a punto listón, agregamos la harina tamizada e intercalamos con el merengue, de forma envolvente.   
- Hasta conseguir una mezcla espesa. 
- Pasamos la mezcla a una manga con duya lisa.
 Y formamos las soletas sobre una charola con papel encerado.   
- Tamizamos azúcar glass sobre ellas y horneamos a 180°C por 15 o 20 min.   
- Para el jarabe:
 Llevar a ebullición el agua junto con el azúcar.
 Para luego pasarlo a un contenedor y agregar el café soluble.   
- Para la crema:
 Primero hidrataremos la grenetina, 10 min antes de realizar la crema.
 Luego comienza hacer una pate a bombe.
 Lleva a ebullición agua más azúcar hasta que esta tenga una temperatura de 115°C.  
- En un vaso con agua vierte una pequeña porción, si esta al sacarla es suave, quiere decir que ya está lista.   
- En ese momento, monta las yemas y agregar el azúcar y forma de hilo, incorpora de poco en poco para evitar separar la mezcla. Luego agrega el licor de café.   
- Lleva a derretir la grenetina, y luego incorpórala en la pate a bombe. Reserva.
 Ten listo un baño maría por si se llega a enfriar.   
- Acrema el queso mascarpone y monta la crema para batir.   
- Sobre el queso mascarpone incorpora el pate a bombe, y con un batidor globo integralo.   
- Si llega a formarse grumos, llevala a derretir al baño maría que tenías previamente.
- Ahora incorpora solo una pequeña porción de crema montada a la mezcla.  
- Y por último Incorpora toda la crema a la mezcla de forma envolvente.   
- El momento de formar el tiramisú. 
- Ten listo un aro, en la parte de abajo coloca la base e hidratala con el jarabe de café, para luego colocar una capa de crema, encima tamizar con cocoa, y así consecutivamente formar las capas.   
   
- Por último lleva al refrigerar por 30 min.
 Decora con soletas alrededor y con un listón.
