  3. Horneamos a 180°c hasta que el palillo o cuchillo salga limpio. Desmoldamos y cortamos en tres partes dejamos enfriar.
  4. Para el frosting acremaremos el queso crema integrando de poco a poco el azúcar glass.
  5. Cuando esté en pomada agregamos la crema para batir.
  6. Agregamos el jugo de limón y después la esencia de vainilla y reservamos.
  7. Una vez que este frío el bizcocho esté frío rellenamos con el frosting, colocamos el siguiente disco y repetimos el proceso. Cubrimos el pastel con la mezcla restante y reservamos en el refrigerador.
  8. Estiramos el fondant hasta que esté del mismo tamaño que el pastel y enrollamos sobre el rodillo y colocamos en el pastel. Cortamos el exceso de fondant y pegamos sin dejar dobleces.
