  11. Salido del horno lo desmoldearemos y dejaremos a que se enfríe
  12. En lo que se enfría prepararemos el frosting donde ocuparemos el queso crema, jugo de limón, azúcar glass, vainilla y la crema para batir
  13. En un recipiente agregaremos la crema, el queso crema, el jugo de limón, la vainilla y el azúcar glass hasta tener una buena consistencia
  14. De ahí le quitaremos los excesos del bizcocho y cortaremos las tapas
  15. A las tapas le pondrémos el frosting y en este caso lo rellenaremos con fresas
  16. Una vez terminadas las tapas empezamos a ponerle crema al pastel y lo alisaremos
  17. En la decoración le pusimos fresas y le espolvoreamos un poquito de pastel de los excesos que le quitamos
