  6. Para nuestras Tres leches, en nuestra estufa pondremos una cacerola con una taza de leche, 4 cucharadas de lechera, una taza de leche evaporada y nuestra raja de canela, hasta que esté en punto de ebullición lo retiramos y lo reservamos.
  7. Terminando nuestro bizcocho, nuestras Tres leches, ahora sacamos nuestro bizcocho del horno, dejamos que se enfríe un poco y le cortamos las orillas, la parte de arriba y de abajo, con delicadeza.

    Ahora para la decoración pintaremos nuestra crema vegetal con colorantes de Gel, en mi caso fue azul cielo y azul rey.
  9. Agregue mis mezcla de color rey en la parte de a lado y la parte de arriba el azul cielo. Hice una forma de flor en la parte de arriba, le agregue unas perlas azules y le puse la flor artificial.
  10. Listo. Obtenemos un pastel de tres leches llamado azu-lado.
    Posdata, este pastel lo hice porque me inspiré de una persona que yo amaba mucho, a esa persona le gustaba mucho el color azul y los pasteles. En memoria de esa persona, le puse azu-lado. 🌊
